2. Company Overview
Naptor Industries is a custom clothing manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, offering tailored apparel solutions such as sportswear, casual wear, fitness wear, and accessories. All our products are manufactured according to customer specifications, ensuring complete customization and brand consistency.
3. Orders & Payments
All custom orders require a 60% advance payment to begin production.
The remaining 40% balance is payable once the products are ready for shipping.
Before dispatch, we provide product photos and videos for confirmation.
We accept payments through Remitly, Western Union, MoneyGram, Wise Transfer, and PayPal (PayPal transactions include a 10% service fee).
4. Production & Delivery
Sample orders typically take 7–10 business days.
Bulk orders are completed within 3–5 weeks depending on design and quantity.
We ship worldwide using DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs clearance procedures.
Naptor Industries is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
5. Customization Policy
All products are made-to-order based on the client’s approved specifications (design, color, size, fabric, logo placement, etc.). Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Clients must inspect all images and videos before shipment approval.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved claims will be handled through replacement or partial compensation, at our discretion.
7. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or import taxes.
Clients are responsible for all applicable charges upon delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on www.naptorind.com are the intellectual property of Naptor Industries. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Naptor Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our responsibility is limited strictly to the replacement or refund (as per our policy) of defective items.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.
